In general, domestic shipping can take approximately one to five business days from the time a product is dispatched from our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping will depend on the weight and size of your order and delivery location.
Our website features a shipping estimator tool designed to provide cost estimates for your convenience. To ascertain the applicable charges, kindly input your designated delivery address into the shipping estimator. It is important to be aware that periodic promotions for complimentary shipping are extended to addresses situated within a 30km radius of your nearby KC Equipment branch and fixed fees for addresses located within a 50km and or a 100km radius of your nearby KC Equipment branch. Notably, this offer is subject to availability and does not extend to addresses positioned on remote islands falling within the aforementioned 30km, 50km or 100km radius, owing to associated ferry fees. For further clarification and to explore alternative shipping solutions, we encourage you to initiate contact with your respective KC Equipment branch.
Alternatively, you can collect your product(s) directly from our stores at no cost to you.
How will my order be delivered?
You can collect your product(s) directly from our stores or request delivery.
If you request delivery, we will confirm that we are able to deliver to your nominated delivery address after your order is submitted. We will only process payment for products that you order once we have confirmed we are able to deliver your products to you.
Orders may be delivered locally by KC Equipment or delivered by reputable courier companies. KC Equipment are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.
When we deliver products to your nominated address, you must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the products. Failure to take delivery of products may incur additional costs, such as re-delivery charges. These charges are available on application.
If you ask us to deliver products to a third party and/or site, delivery will occur when we leave the products with the nominated third party or at the site.

Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please email us immediately at email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There may be instances where we are unable to modify your order, for example where goods have already been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once items have been dispatched.
I have made an error in my shipping address; can I change my shipping address?
If you notice your shipping address is incorrect once your order has been finalised, please email us immediately at email@example.com. The dispatch of your order may be delayed should you require an amendment or correction to your shipping details.
2. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Warranty against defects
Our products may come with a manufacturers’ warranty. If a product comes with a manufacturers’ warranty, you must follow the process set out in the warranty and:
- complete a return of goods form, and
- Provide proof of the claimed defect (for example, a photograph of any damage).
Once we have considered a claim, we will notify the purchaser of the outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss a purchaser may incur in relation to defective goods.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Where products are not defective
We understand that customers may change their mind. To ensure you have the best shopping experience with KC Equipment, we offer a 7-day returns policy.
Should you wish to return your product(s), please complete a return of goods form return of goods form,  within 7 days of your purchase.
Items must be returned within 7 days of a returns claim, with no damage, no use, in their original packaging and within a saleable condition. Return shipping is at your own cost. Refunds will be processed within a timely manner, and monies returned to original method of payment.
Your refund will include the original purchase price minus shipping costs.
If 7 days or more has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund unless the product(s) are defective.
